RESCHEDULING POLICY

There are no refunds after your class has been purchased. However, you can reschedule your course by paying the $15 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. You may only reschedule your class 2 times. If you reschedule a third time your payment will be forfeited. You will need to pay in full for another class.

Rescheduling must occur no later than 48 hours before your scheduled class date. If you need to reschedule please call the office at 925-490-4444 and leave a detailed message.

If you cancel, reschedule or NO SHOW your class for any reason with less than a 48-hour notice, your payment will be forfeited. Your payment can not be used for any future classes. A no show is considered after you are 15 minutes late. So please arrive early and call the office if there is a timing issue at 925-490-4444.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the class to allow time for registration sign in and to get ready for an amazing presentation.

Full refunds will be offered if a class is canceled by CPR LIFE SKILLS.
